Tom Jelneck incorporated On Target Web Solutions, a leading provider of SEO (search
engine optimization) and internet marketing solutions, in 2005 in Casselberry, Florida. He has built and customized hundreds of websites for various businesses and organizations and currently has a portfolio of over 90 client accounts.

As a leading expert, Jelneck has been a guest commentator on the nationally syndicated television show, The Daily Buzz, as well as WOFL Fox 35 News, 580 AM WDBO Radio and other media outlets. He is a seasoned speaker, having addressed groups on SEO which include: The National Retail Contractors Association, The Florida Sprinkler Association, One Senior Place, Rollins College Alumni Team, The National Association of Entrepreneurs, The Catholic Diocese of Orlando, Track Shack and many more.

Jelneck writes two blogs which provide knowledge and tools for SEO and internet
marketing and is committed to making a difference in his local community and helping
small business owners grow through internet marketing. His user-friendly solutions have
been helping local businesses thrive in Central Florida for over six years. He has also
served on an Athena Powerlink Panel, mentoring a local woman-owned business, and
serves as a mentor for a Rollins MBA student.

Prior to founding On Target Web Solutions, Jelneck served as the Director of Marketing
at San Pedro Center. He graduated from Saint Meinrad College Seminary in 1995 and
was a recipient of the Pour Le College Award. He attended high school locally at Bishop
Moore High School. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking and inshore and bass fishing. He
is married to his wife and business partner, Shonté Jelneck and has two beautiful
daughters. The Jelnecks reside in Casselberry with their pet Siberian husky.
